By downloading, installing, or using Polinex Client (the "mod") or by accessing polinex-client.com (the "website"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the mod or website.
Polinex Client is provided to you under a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the mod for personal, non-commercial purposes. This licence does not include the right to:
You may use Polinex Client on any Minecraft server you have permission to access. You accept full responsibility for ensuring your use of the mod complies with the rules and terms of service of any server you connect to, including Hypixel. We do not endorse or encourage violations of third-party server rules.
Polinex Client automatically checks for and downloads updates on launch. By using the mod, you consent to this update mechanism. We reserve the right to push updates that modify, restrict, or expand mod functionality at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the mod after an update constitutes acceptance of that update.
Polinex Client is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the mod will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free from security vulnerabilities. We make no guarantee regarding in-game outcomes, account safety, or compatibility with any particular Minecraft version, server, or third-party mod.
Use of the mod is entirely at your own risk. We expressly disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Polinex and its contributors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

All content on polinex-client.com — including text, graphics, logos, and the mod binary — is the property of Polinex or its respective rights holders and is protected by copyright law. Polinex Client is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Mojang Studios, Microsoft Corporation, or Hypixel Inc. Minecraft is a trademark of Mojang Studios.

We may revoke your licence to use Polinex Client at any time, for any reason, without notice. Upon termination you must delete all copies of the mod in your possession. Provisions that by their nature survive termination (including Sections 5, 6, and 7) shall continue in force.
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Use at any time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect the date of the latest revision. Continued use of the mod or website after revised terms are posted constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Polinex team operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes not resolved informally shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
