Polinex Client ("we", "our", or "the mod") is a Fabric 1.21.11 client-side mod for Hypixel Skyblock. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect information when you download and run Polinex Client. By using the mod or this website, you agree to the practices described below.

2. Information We Collect

Polinex Client collects a minimal amount of technical data necessary to deliver automatic updates and maintain mod stability. This includes:

• Your current Polinex Client version number (used for update checks)
• Your Minecraft version and Fabric Loader version (used for compatibility verification)
• Anonymous crash reports including stack traces and module state (opt-in only)
• Standard web server access logs when you visit polinex-client.com (IP address, browser user-agent, referrer, pages visited)

We do not collect your Minecraft username, UUID, account credentials, Hypixel session tokens, in-game chat history, or any other personally identifiable information beyond what is listed above.

3. How We Use This Information

The technical data collected by the mod is used exclusively for:

• Serving the correct update payload to your client version
• Diagnosing and fixing crashes reported by users who opt in
• Monitoring overall mod health and compatibility across Minecraft releases

Website access logs are used solely for security monitoring and aggregate traffic analysis. We do not build individual user profiles from access log data.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. Data may be disclosed only:

• To comply with a valid legal obligation or court order
• To protect the safety of users or the public in an emergency
• To infrastructure providers (hosting, CDN) solely for service delivery, under confidentiality agreements

5. Cookies & Tracking

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics scripts. We do not use Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any similar tracking technology. The only external resource loaded is Google Fonts, which may set its own cookies subject to Google's privacy policy.

6. Data Retention

Crash reports are retained for a maximum of 90 days and then permanently deleted. Web server access logs are rotated every 30 days. Version check pings are processed in real time and are not stored beyond a rolling 7-day window used for incident detection.

7. Children's Privacy

Polinex Client is not directed at children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child under 13 has submitted personal information to us, please contact us immediately so we can delete it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you may have rights to access, correct, or delete data we hold about you. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at the address below. We will respond within 30 days.
